ABOUT ME
Carol S. Jung, Esq., M.S.W., M.P.A.
As a special education attorney and a mom, I know how overwhelming and isolating it can feel when you're trying to secure the right services and supports for your child. My passion is making sure no parent ever feels lost navigating the special education system. With over 15 years of experience advocating for students with disabilities, I bring not only legal expertise but also a deep understanding of how these systems impact families on a personal level.
Throughout my career, I've represented countless families in IEP meetings, mediations, and due process hearings, ensuring schools are held accountable under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA), Section 504, and California education law. My background as a social worker helps me approach each case with empathy, patience, and a problem-solving mindset. Whether it's through legal representation, strategic advocacy, or simply helping a parent find their voice at the IEP table, my goal is to empower families to achieve meaningful outcomes for their children.
I believe that every child deserves an education that recognizes their unique strengths and challenges. That's why I offer personalized, hands-on support tailored to your family's needs-whether you're new to special education or have been fighting this fight for years. You're not alone, and together, we'll build a path forward for your child's success.
